Tristin by Macho out of Kareena

 Lisa has trained and shown two horses to Grand Prix. She trained her current Grand Prix mount, Ihorn, from Third Level and has shown him successfully at Grand Prix since 2004. With Ihorn, Lisa has accumulated 25 scores above 60% at the FEI levels. In 2003 Ihorn had several wins at the Intermediare II level. Ihorn has been a Region 8 Reserve Champion at both Intermediare I and the Intermediare Freestyle. They also placed fourth in the USET Prix St Georges qualifier at Dressage at Equestrian Estates and placed second in the Intermediare Freestyle at the Palm Beach Dressage Derby among other placings on the Florida circuit. In 2001, Ihorn was Region 8 Fourth Level Champion, and placed eighth in Prix St Georges at Dressage at Devon.

 Lisa’s Dutch Warmblood mare, Kareena (Elberton), was second ranked in the 1997 NA/WPN Top 10 for all Dutch mares in North America 3 to 7 years of age and was top ten in the breeding division at Devon in 1998. In 2005, Kareena was fifth nationally for the PHR Silver Stirrup Awards at Fourth Level.This mare qualified for and competed at the 2005 USDF Region 8 Regional finals at Prix St Georges and  the 2005 Dressage at Devon show at Fourth Level. Lisa is also the breeder of the seven year old gelding, Tristin,(out of Kareena by the Hanoverian stallion Supermax Macho) who was third at the 2007 BLM Second Level Championships and fifth nationally for the PHR Silver Stirrup Awards at Second Level.

Lisa has been teaching dressage since 1994 and her students have been champions at local NY and NJ shows and placed in the USDF yearend awards. She has coached the following success stories:

2007: USDF Region 8 ABIG Championships: Fourth Place Second Level Open and Sixth Place Third   Level Adult Amateur

         BLM Championships: Fourth Place Second Level Senior

2005: BLM Championships: First Level Senior Champion

2004: USDF Adult Amateur Horse of the Year: Sixth at First Level.

         USDF Region One Championships: Adult Amateur Champion at Prix St Georges and Adult Amateur Reserve Champion at Intermediare 1.

2003: USDF Adult Amateur Horse of the Year: Sixth at Prix St Georges

Currently training with US National Young Horse Coach, Scott Hassler, Lisa has worked extensively with Canadian Olympic Bronze medallist, Ashley Holzer and two time Olympian and Bronze medalist, Hilda Gurney as well as Columbian Olympian, Dr Cesar Parra.  In addition, she has trained with other Olympians, Steffen Peters, Lendon Gray and Robert Dover and participated in clinics with German trainers, Rudolf Zeilinger and Karin Rehbein and well as US Olympic Bronze medalist, Debbie McDonald.
